Harms Family

I love location sessions! I have been taken so many places this year and this spot is one of my faves! I get to go there again Wednesday night for another family. The Harms family has been a great family for me and I love love to photograph them!

Hegemann Kids

You could never really tell but this was a bad afternoon for weather. These kids were troopers to say the least! Aren't they just adorable!!

Zach and Jenna

I can't wait for this wedding!! It's gonna be a small country wedding out at a teeny tiny country church in Elk City. We did this session at her parent's farm and what a gorgeous day! Wish I could show you all of them!

Ally

Ally was a simply beautiful girl to photograph! Her mom brought her in to update her portrait for her 13th birthday. I don't think you can take a bad photograph of this girl.

Taylor Family

Dennis is a coworker of Jason's and loves his little girl Maya to pieces!! He called and wanted a session done that shows her true colors! We had a blast that night and snuck in a few family photos too!

Harvest Kids 2009

Ryan

Ryan is one cool and jazzy senior from Blair. He is into tons of stuff and especially has a passion for music. We could have photographed him all day if he let us! His mom was a great help during the session, so thank you Janet!

Nathan

Nathan was my most laid back senior all year! One outfit and he was done. He has great style and awesome hair, would have loved another outfit, but he has some great ones to choose from! Very cool kid!

Gracyn

Sorry Nebraska fans, but her daddy is an Iowa fan at heart! Gracie loved her new poms and even shook them like a cheerleader should!!

Amaya

Love the cheeks!!! Love the eyes!! What a sweet little bundle Amaya is! She didn't last long though, it was getting close to nap time, but we captured some great faces.

Chad and Kris

Kris and Chad were a wonderful couple and a great way to end out the fall weddings! They are so chill and we all know how much easier that makes a wedding day! Gorgeous couple and she didn't even mind the snow!!

Josh, Nikki, and Cathy

This story is a good one! Cathy is staying with Josh and Nikki as a foster child. They called to do a session to capture their memories with her, because they don't know how much longer they will have her. Cathy has soooo much energy! They really need to figure out how to bottle it up for the rest of us!! :)

Adam

How cool is this kid! Love his style and he has an awesome personality to go with it! We dodged the rain and wind outside, but it paid off!!

The Petersen Family

The weather really pulled through for us! Mandy and her family came into town and updated their portrait. I have known Mandy for a few years now through a friend and I finally met her whole family! Great looking bunch!

Stacey and Jason

What a beautiful wedding! I love Friday night weddings and I had my dad help me out with this one. We had a great time with the couple and I stayed well into the night past 11pm. I was so caught up in the reception. Great Party!!

Gracyn

Almost one year old! Gracyn has turned to my every month baby this year!! She is finally big enough for the tutu and does such a great job with headbands! Her expressions crack me up, wish I could show all of them!

Abe and Jessica

Fabulous couple! I was referred by their aunt Holly Howe who is also part of an awesome photography duo Howe photography in North Platte! The pressure was on, but we were chill and had a great time documenting their day. Beautiful couple and gorgeous weather! I love fall weddings!

Aaron and Shelley

Aaron and Shelley are finally married according to their families! haha! They have been together for years and are a great match! We had a gorgeous day to shoot outside and the wedding party was a blast!!

Josh is 9 years on 09-09-09!! No joke!

Josh is one of the few people to have a true golden birthday! He had told his mom that he didn't want anything gold colored at his birthday party. hahah!! His mom new it's a special event so we did a session just for him. Happy 9th Birthday Josh!

Ben

I had a great session with Ben. He is really into computers and technology but has a true love of music. He had mentioned in the consultation that he loves Homer's music store in the Old Market. When I called to ask if we could do some of the photoshoot there, the manager was so awesome. He said yes instantly. We got some great images and thanks Ben for the fun new location!

Jacy

Jacy is almost 2 years old now! I remember photography her when she was 4 months old and her John Deere blanket! Now it's the real thing! Her hair and blue eyes are just striking and her little personality just glows! Her attention kept getting diverted by the "dows"! Jacy's word for cows. haha!

Celebrating Amiah!

Cutie Patootie Amiah is 1 year old! I can't wait to see her photos from her party! She is just a little poser already and loves the camera, which it this session super easy! Almost too easy.

Henry is 2 years old!

It seems like we just did this little guys session, but now he is two! He is just a little man now and loves airplanes! Everytime one flew over we lost his attention until it passed! :) I had a great time and wish I had his energy!

Family Sessions are Starting!

Kutter has arrived!

Kutter Clausen arrived August 21st and I was able to photograph him at 8 days old! You always forget how tiny and sweet they are!! Thanks so Season and Aaron for sharing him with me! He is so precious!

Eastyn is growing up!

Eastyn has finally turned one! What am I saying? Already one!! This year just flew by! She has the best little personality and even yelled at her mom during the session, purely hilarious!

Jon and Jake

Jake and Jon were so awesome for their senior session! Thank goodness they weren't identical twins because editing would have been interesting! I love how they are both their own person, and great attitudes at that! Jon just lit up when we photographed his hunting gear and when I asked Jake about what he wanted to do for college, he says, I am going for the Regents at UNO so I can go for free!! Great answer!! haha!

Jason and Emily

Gorgeous wedding!! Emily is the third daughter that I was asked to photograph for the Maas family. It was so fun to see the family again and the couple was so relaxed! Makes for an easy Saturday! I have been photographing in this church for a few years now and I turned around to find the light coming in through a stainglass window. Love this!!

Urban Kids are Back!!!

Jenna

Jenna is my first senior from Westside high and is into soccer and fingers crossed, should be getting her first car!! The time just flew by photographing her! So laid back and a gorgeous expression! You made this easy!

The Henricks Family

Sandi and her kids were just wonderful Thursday night! Her oldest son Jesse was on a leave from a nuclear sub and Sandi hasn't had a family photo done since he was 4 years old! Her family has grown to include two energetic little grandons that were so fun to watch run around the park. Thank goodness the weather was gorgeous that night!

Taylor

Taylor was just simply gorgeous! It was fun to watch her and Chris during their session because you can tell they are two peas in a pod. And this girl is a trooper! Like me she is terrified of bees and I had her pose next to this really cool ivy which happened to have a bumble bee floating around, of course after I posed her!! She stayed so calm, but I was sweating!! haha!

Chris

Chris and his cousin Taylor came in for their senior session together with their moms and siblings. It was great to have an audience for these two! They just feed off of each other and have fun, easy going personalities! The Old Market was the best part of the session, except for the not so fresh alleys! haha! Chris you were awesome to photograph!

Chase is Here!

Chase was born last Monday and today was his first professional photoshoot! He was so alert the whole session and was so teeny tiny! The photo below is of him with his two older brothers. We had a great session and I can't to see how he grows!

The Niemann Boys

I love my job!! Images and sessions that turn out like this, make me so happy to be doing what I do. I photographed these little guys almost 2 years ago and now they have a little brother added to the mix! Thanks to Kristi and Doug for inviting me into their home, and so glad they are back in Nebraska!

Mia is One year old!

Look at this cutie patootie!! Mia and I quickly became friends and once again she had a sweet little smile, but you all know how I love the little innocent looks. They aren't little for long! Have a happy birthday!

Chris

Chris is a simply guy with a great smile! Lucky for him he has a had a pretty easy going summer, but back to school is coming up! I loved his casual style because it made the session just fly by!

Damion and Emry

I got my Emry fix this week! I was so used to seeing her every month and now she is so big! Walking and talking and being the perfect little model she is! Damion wanted to do a mother and daughter session for her 18 month session and I was so happy to do that! I captured the images I wanted to always do for a session like this! Thanks girls!!

Jenna

Jenna came along with Sam for her senior photo shoot and we were able to get into the old elementary school thanks to dad! We had a great time shooting together and I can't wait to see what he got for the girls too!! I love to shoot with dad!

Sam

Sam was a blast!!! She let me trash an old prom dress and we went all over Humphrey for her session! What a gorgeous smile and a fun personality!! Love Love your images!!

Morgan and Jenna

This session was so fun and consisted of no posting what so ever!! Mom just wanted to capture the girls while they still are getting along! haha!! So we blew bubbles, played on the swings and told secrets. Apparently Morgan's secrets tickled Jenna!! :)

Dakota is 7 months!

This little guy is growing into such a little man! I loved his hair and now he blows bubbles all down his clothes! It's hilarious, apparently his big sister Haley taught him how! haha!! Megan and Randy you have some fun years ahead of you!

Megan

Megan was a great model for senior photos this week! We went on location to the Millard North tennis courts for her sports shots and they were so cool! Megan was so laid back and made the session way too easy. Believe me she has a gorgeous smile, but I just loved the simpleness of this image.

Owen is One!

This is the cutie blue eyes on the blog button! He has gotten so big and is a huge flirt! All Owen wanted to do was climb the steps and crawl all over the camera room! He came all the way from Lexington for a family reunion with his mom and dad, so this worked out perfectly for his one year photos!!

Kenrda and Kenzie

I was exstatic to photograph this little girls!! They are now 3 1/2 months old and are just precious!! We had both of them smiling in their baptismal gowns from "Granny", but I just love their little expressions in this image. So sweet and tender! Thanks for sharing your girls Tina!

Tanya and Erin

Tanya and Erin had decided that they wanted to do some mother daughter photos while Rick is away on tour in the Middle East. He is gonna be gone for Erin's whole 6th year, so we have decided to document it and create a book for Rick. I love the idea and we are gonna follow up in the fall with sweaters and leaves, then in the winter we are gonna build snowmen and angels in their front yard!! Can't wait for more sessions girls!!

Awaiting Baby Claussen

I have known Season since kindergarten and now she is on her second baby! She wanted all fun images of her tummy and Kyan, you could say we accomplished that. Kyan is a 4 year old full of spontaneous personality. We honestly had no clue what he was gonna do next, but this is my favorite image of the whole session. We are patiently waiting for baby in August and can't wait for the newborn session!

Aaron and Shelley

Yeah another engagement session in Humphrey! I can't wait for this wedding in Tarnov, total small town! Aaron and Shelley have great chemistry and I could have photographed them all afternoon! You guys were awesome!
